About Us

Rule Engineering, LLC (Rule) was founded in 1997 to offer professional environmental engineering, regulatory and planning consulting services to industry. Rule’s business approach is to become well acquainted with the culture of our clients, enabling us to develop and implement business approaches that address the requirements of a variety of environmental risks and regulations in a manner that best reflects our client’s best interests.

Rule has its office in Lakewood, Colorado. Rule’s staff of registered engineers, registered professional geologists, and technical specialists is focused on providing a high level of service to meet each of our client’s specific business needs.

Rule Office

Rule addresses client concerns related to EPA, including: RCRA, CERCLA, EPCRA, Clean Air Act (CAA) and Clean Water Act (CWA). Rule also provides support for other state and local planning and environmental related regulations including: permits to drill, land use permitting, voluntary cleanup programs, storm water management, UST regulations, waste management and groundwater cleanup programs. Rule also has successfully filed reimbursement claims under state UST fund programs using innovative financial programs.

Rule’s associates include senior-level engineers, certified industrial hygienists, certified safety professionals, risk-management specialists, scientists and field technicians. Rule engages the necessary support staff to address project specific needs.
